Mursa + Google Calendar
You plan your day. Then you open your calendar and realize you have three meetings you forgot about. Your careful plan is useless. The tasks you thought you had time for will not fit between a 10am standup, a noon client call, and a 3pm review.
Daily planning without calendar awareness is planning in the dark. You need to see your meetings before you commit to tasks. Otherwise you are setting yourself up for a day that was never going to work.
How it works
Connect Google Calendar
One-time OAuth connection in Mursa Settings. Read-only access to your calendar events.
Calendar events appear in your daily view
When you plan your day, meetings and events are visible alongside your tasks. You see the time blocks that are already committed.
Plan around your meetings
The daily planner shows available time slots. Schedule deep work tasks in the gaps between meetings.
Morning ritual respects your calendar
When the morning ritual asks you to pick your top 3 tasks, it shows your available hours. You commit to tasks that actually fit.
