Seven apps open. Twelve browser tabs. A morning spent organizing instead of working. We built this calm productivity app because we lived that problem every single day — and we were done pretending it was normal.
This is not a venture-backed moonshot. It is a task management startup — two productivity app founders in Bangalore building the productivity workspace they wished existed, one careful feature at a time.
How we got here
2024
Todoist for tasks. Notion for notes. Slack for messages. Google Calendar for scheduling. Forest for focus. Habitica for habits. And a spreadsheet to tie it all together. Every morning started with 20 minutes of setup before any real work happened. We kept thinking: someone should fix this.
2025
We stopped waiting and started building. Tasks, timer, notes, daily plan — everything in a single productivity workspace. The first time we used it for a full week without switching apps, something clicked. The mental overhead just... disappeared.
2026
Word spread quietly. No marketing, no launch post. Just people who understood the problem because they lived it too. We are building this calm productivity app in the open — slow, careful, and with every feature tested on ourselves first.

We use AI to break down your goals, estimate time, and suggest what to work on next. We do not use it to write your emails, generate your ideas, or pretend to be your friend.
